“Curves” is the Photo Theme for February

Curves – Curves add movement to what would otherwise be a stagnant photograph.  And, are also about beauty and charm owing to their gentle and graceful nature.  You can use a curve as a leading line to guide the viewer through your photograph.  Spiral curves tend to take the viewer’s eye to one center point.  S curves take longer to follow so are more likely to engage the viewer of an image for a longer period of time.  C curves resemble an embrace and invoke a sense of safety or peacefulness.

Create photographs that fit the theme and upload up to five of them to the club’s Monthly Photo Themes flickr group.  Please tag them with the key word fantasyPost them during February not before or after.  That way they’ll appear together with other club member’s images.
