“Ocean” is the Photo Theme for August

Ocean – Translating the ocean’s power and grace into an image has been a lifelong mission for many photographers enchanted by its mystery.  Ocean photography is an infinite creative challenge and can provide a way for creatives to document the importance and fragility of our oceans and marine life.  Ocean photography has different approaches – from dramatic stormy seascapes and abstract portrayals of the coast to underwater photography, and split-level sea photography.  Select the approach that you like the best and create an interesting view of the ocean.

Create photographs that fit the theme and upload up to five of them to the club’s Monthly Photo Themes Flickr group.  Please tag them with the keyword abstract.  Post them during August, not before or after.  That way they’ll appear together with other club member’s images.
