When club members are unable to gather in person the club has established many virtual activities in which members may participate. Contact the activity’s facilitator or use our contact form to participate or obtain additional information. Only dues paying club members may participate in these activities.
Virtual Gallery Shows – What is a virtual exhibition? Photographs submitted by club members will be hosted on the club’s website as a slideshow for members and others to view for a period of six weeks. You will be able to send a link to the exhibition to your family and friends so that they may view the images and participate virtually in the fine photography of the Morgan Hill Photography Club members.
Monthly Photo Theme Project – This is the club’s on-going monthly theme project. It hasn’t changed but is an excellent opportunity to display your photographic talent. Upload your image to the club’s MHPC Monthly Theme Projects flickr group.
Monthly Featured Photographer – Each calendar month a different club member will be able to display their photographic works on our website. See the monthly featured photographer at https://morganhillphotographyclub.org/?page_id=1536.
Lightroom Focus Group – The Lightroom Focus Group meets the third Thursday of even numbered months at 7PM via a Zoom Online Meeting. All aspects of Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC are addressed. The sessions are recorded. The Zoom meeting is by invitation only so contact George Ziegler to participate or for more information.
Mobile Photography Focus Group – The Mobile Photography Focus Group meets occasionally, by invitation, at 6:30PM via a Zoom Online Meeting. The sessions are recorded. We discuss mobile photography topics such as, taking, processing, and posting your images on social media – i.e. topics which apply to all mobile devices. There is also a flickr group MHPC Mobile Photography Focus Group where members can share their mobile creations. The Zoom meeting is by invitation only so contact George Ziegler to participate or for more information.
