Dong Bui is our featured photographer for July 2024.
Artist’s Statement: I am a retired electrical engineer and test program manager for the hard disk drive industry, working at IBM, Hitachi, and Western Digital, working for 37 years in the San Jose area. I have been a resident of Morgan Hill for 23 years and a member of the Morgan Hill Photography Club since 2017. I started as a landscape photographer, and now my interest is primarily in wildlife and bird photography, which enables me to travel to many countries in South America, Europe, and Africa. I also visit many county and state parks, open space preserves, lakes and reservoirs, etc… to photograph local and migrating birds.
