The Morgan Hill Photography Club is a fun place to socialize, share and discuss each other’s photos, receive helpful advice, share knowledge, engage in photographic “shootouts”, learn more about specific photographic techniques, and participate in monthly photo topics and themes. The club accepts all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced, and professional) and encourages members to communicate with each other through various on-line resources listed below.

Discussion Group

GroupsHave a question, need some advice, make an announcement, or just want to start a conversation about Club activities? The Club’s discussion group is the place to do it. It is also the only place where you can contact all the club members without having to through the club’s automated mailing list. [Note: Not all club members belong to the discussion group.] Participation in this group is restricted to club members and the conversations (posts) cannot be seen by the general public.

If you already have a Yahoo! ID you’re all set, otherwise you’ll need to create one here. Follow the instructions provided by Yahoo! to get your ID.

Club Members may request to join the group by clicking on the “+ Join Group” icon found on the group’s home page. Since membership in the group is by invitation only you will need to complete the Contact the Group Administrator Form requesting to be added to the group. Please include your real name since it is sometimes difficult to determine if you are a member of the club from a Yahoo ID alone.

Photo Sharing Sites

flickrThe club uses flickr® groups to share images among members. Although the general public can see the images only club members can post images to the group image pools.
